We had reserved the car way before the day we were to get it but we had to wait over an hour to even get the car. The car was really dirty outside. It had bugs all over the front and the windows were really dirty. I told the person taking care of us and he said well I can rinse it off but never made a move to do so. We tried to pay with a Credit card that they said would not work when they scanned it. They kept trying it and I told them to do it real fast and it would work but they said they could not use it so we had to pay with a card we did not want to. We left and got half way to North Carolina and noticed a door under the car was hanging down under the car. I called to tell them and they said to take it to a repair shop that works with Enterprise but there was none in the area we were going to so we had to leave it like that. Also we were never told how to lock this car. It just would not lock whenever we stopped. I had to call them to tell them about that too. They told me then we had to be 15 feet away from the car in order for it to lock. That should have been told to us since we never had a car that had a button to start it. We were very disappointed. We rent from this company a lot in the past but may use another next time.
